A huge American Invsco "Thank You!" to everyone who attended our September 7th Grand Opening. It was a phenomenal success - Century Tower in Chicago is sold out!
For the first time in our 37-year history, American Invsco offered outside buyers introductory pricing typically available only to residents. Chairman and CEO Nicholas S. Gouletas said, "It is a buyer's market!" American Invsco is committed to offering our customers premier residential properties at the very best prices.
The event took place in Century Tower's elegant second floor at the top of the beautifully renovated lobby's grand staircase. Live music greeted guests who enjoyed hors d'ouevres during a welcome reception.
Excitement ignited when Nick began the raffle for Century Tower condominiums. An internet "black out" - triggered by the city's evacuation drill in the Loop that afternoon - cancelled plans to use handheld Personal Digital Assistants for instantaneous purchasing. Despite the outage, the energy in the room was at full power. Within two hours, Stefanie Neuman, Century Tower sales manager, announced that all available condominiums were sold.
The celebration of the "buyer's market" continued with a Greek buffet. Century Tower is an overnight success and fantastic real estate wealth building opportunity.
